Welcome to Nada

Welcome to Nada, a region of Kobe city that is as quintessential to the world of Japanese sake as Bordeaux is to the world of wine. With a history dating back almost 700 years, and boasting some of the biggest brands in the world of sake, it would be fair to say that "if you don't know Nada, you don't know Sake." On this site, you can find the history of Nada and its five Sake-brewing areas, introductions of all the breweries in Nada, and information about what makes Nada's sake so special.

For Beginners: If you would like to know a little bit more about the brewing process and sake in general, I recommend taking a look at this introduction by the Japan Sake Brewers association.
